Our returns and refunds policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging attached.

As a small business, unfortunately we can’t offer free returns and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We encourage you to reuse the mailer bags on all returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We aim to process refunds within 7 working days.
Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser or a credit note can be provided to the gift recipient.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If we find that the product is not in a re sellable condition or the damage/fault is not a manufacturing fault or caused by our error, we will return the item back to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please follow the steps in the ‘How to make a return’ section above. Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or colour of the same product.
If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.
Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return, receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.
